1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RankPulse ("the Service"), operated at rankpulse.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RankPulse is a traffic administration platform that provides:

  • SEO auditing and page-level scoring
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC) integration
  • Google Ads campaign management via the Google Ads API (campaign creation, budget control, keyword management, RSA ad creation, conversion tracking, and performance reporting)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaign management via the Meta Marketing API
  • AI-powered content generation via OpenAI
  • KPI goal tracking and automated weekly reports

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid username, email address, and password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.

4. Third-Party API Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google (Ads, Analytics, Search Console), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and OpenAI. By connecting your accounts:

  • You authorize RankPulse to access and manage data on your behalf through their APIs
  • You acknowledge that your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid API credentials and OAuth tokens
  • RankPulse is not liable for changes, outages, or policy modifications by third-party providers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service to send spam, run bot traffic, or perform click fraud
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the API integrations in a way that violates Google Ads API Terms or Meta Platform Terms

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of RankPulse. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Content you create or manage through the Service (campaigns, reports, generated text) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process and display this content solely to provide the Service.

7. Payment and Billing

RankPulse is currently offered as a free platform. If paid plans are introduced in the future, we will notify registered users in advance. Any paid features will have separate terms and pricing clearly communicated before purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • RankPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party API failures, rate limits, or policy changes
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (if applicable)

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data and API credentials.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use of the Service poses a security risk
  • We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Section 6: Data Retention).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
